Program Development

As a part of my practice one of my goals is to assist in program development. Having had extensive experience in the field of mental health I have learned both effective and ineffective ways to work with clients, families, referring agencies and other professional practices. The goal of everyone is the same – to help those who are struggling and suffering; however, the path in which this is done can often be a confusing one. As a professional consultant I can provide assistance in program development, educational workshops for families, staff and others. Clinical Supervision

 As a Florida Qualified Supervisor Jennifer is able to supervise those professional and social work interns who are in the process of getting their LCSW.  My goal is to educate as well as promote both personal and professional growth.  While supervision is not therapy, it can be just as life changing.  I believes that with the high rates of compassion fatigue and burnout learning additional ways to take care of oneself while treating clients is an integral part of the supervision process.  Supervision is held on a weekly basis and requires a commitment on both the part of the supervisor and the supervisee.  I will address and discuss with you your professional goals and the specific areas of study you wish to focus on while also guiding you through the therapeutic process.
